Youth Development
Young people in our society face a range of interconnected challenges that impact their well-being, opportunities, and overall development.
High rates of youth unemployment and underemployment, skills mismatch, lack of access to finance, digital divide, and political exclusion limit their opportunities for economic empowerment and self-sufficiency. Many of the educated ones struggle to find suitable employment. These often contribute to frustration, inferiority complex, prostitution, suicides, cultism, crimes, drug abuse etc which are prevalent in our society.
Our intervention
We promote a supportive environment for youth development through entrepreneurship and skill acquisition. We sensitize, advise, mentor, guide and support young people in discovering and utilizing their talents productively. We facilitate youth engagement programs, advocate for increased opportunities for civic participation, and recommend ways and channels for sustainable job creation for youths. We add our voice for dedicated youth empowerment and the development of government-led and private-sector-led programs that provide youths with the tools they need to succeed and flourish. We strive to create investment platforms that promote access to finance for youths.
